We think of ourselves as a Massage Company not a "technology" company. Before starting development of our product, we interviewed over 50 Massage Therapists about both their frustrations with and aspirations about their businesses. Our offerings have been designed from the ground up with the desires and interests of these Massage Therapists in mind.
Before we started writing a single line of code, we interviewed over 100 "clients of Massage Therapists" to ask them what would make a difference in choosing a Massage Therapist. Their answers were surprising - in that they had as much to do with the business practices of a therapist as it had to do with their massage skills. We've gone to great lengths to integrate the lessons we learned from clients of massage into the products we offer to Massage Therapists.
We found that some of the biggest advocates for our company have been massage schools. With comments such as "Where have you guys been?" we realized that massage schools were genuinely interested in assisting other companies that contributed to the success of Massage Therapists. We've worked with schools across the country to develop the software and training materials necessary to have our customers succeed. |
