MassageBuilder has thoughtful features to help you manage your schedule. You can easily view appointments using our calendar view. You may also easily select a printer-friendly printout for either a given room or practitioner quickly.

Scheduling

MassageBuilder’s Scheduling interface has gone through many revisions with our core software to create a smooth, efficient experience. To quickly schedule based on a client’s desire, user’s can schedule by either the date or by practitioner. When defining availability for appointments, therapists may select freeform (allowing appointments to be booked anytime there is availability) or based on fixed start times (allowing bookings only at predefined intervals).
